Every Renuv product is guaranteed to do exactly what its box promises. If it doesn't, you have 60 days to get your money back.

Use any Renuv product as directed. If it doesn't deliver the clean the box describes, email support@renuv.com within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll refund it in full. That covers the smell that's still there, the buildup that won't budge, and the machine that still isn't running right. Your order email is your proof of purchase. Nothing else needed.

Each formula is developed for the one machine it cleans. Washer residue isn't coffee maker scale, so the chemistry is different for each. Every tablet carries the full dose for the whole job: one tablet, one cycle, no doubling up. Do I need the receipt or the original box?
No. Your order is in our system. Email from the address you bought with and we'll find it.
Does it cover bundles and subscriptions?
The guarantee covers everything we sell, in every format. If a subscription delivery lets you down, that delivery is covered the same way.
What qualifies for a refund?
The product not doing what its box says: the smell is still there, the buildup is still there, the machine still isn't running right. Email us within 60 days of receiving your order.
