Refund Policy

Every Renuv product is covered by The Renuv Guarantee: 60 days, money back. If a product doesn't do what its box promises, you get a refund.

How returns work

You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Email support@renuv.com with your order number or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we'll send a return label and instructions. Hold off on shipping anything until you hear from us; packages sent without an approved return can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, defective, or wrong, email us right away and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically. Banks sometimes take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges and exceptions

For an exchange, the fastest route is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is approved. Gift cards can't be returned.
