Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to shop renuv.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

How we work on this

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our reference when we design and build the site. New pages and features get tested with a keyboard and a screen reader before they go live, we review the whole site on a regular schedule, and when we find a problem we fix it and keep a record of what changed.

Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state. Some parts of the site come from other companies, including our checkout, our product reviews, and our email signup form. We do not control that code directly, so we review it as well and raise problems with those vendors when we find them.
